Statement of Faith\n\n1. The Holy Scriptures\nWe believe the Bible, consisting of the Old and New Testaments, is the inspired, infallible, and authoritative Word of God. It is the final authority for faith, doctrine, and Christian living.\n\n2. The Triune God\nWe believe there is one true and living God, eternally existing in three Persons: the Father, the Son, and the Holy Spirit. These three are equal in deity, power, glory, and majesty.\n\n3. Jesus Christ\nWe believe Jesus Christ is the eternal Son of God, fully God and fully man. He was born of a virgin, lived a sinless life, died on the cross as the atoning sacrifice for our sins, rose bodily from the dead, ascended into heaven, and will return personally and visibly in glory.\n\n4. Salvation\nWe believe salvation is by God's grace alone, through faith alone, in Jesus Christ alone. Every person is a sinner in need of redemption. Those who repent and trust in Christ are forgiven, born again by the Holy Spirit, justified before God, and receive eternal life.\n\n5. The Holy Spirit\nWe believe the Holy Spirit indwells every believer, producing spiritual growth, holiness, and Christlike character. He empowers believers for worship, witness, service, and victorious Christian living.\n\n6. The Gifts of the Holy Spirit\nWe believe the gifts of the Holy Spirit described in the New Testament remain available to the Church today. Spiritual gifts, including prophecy, healing, miracles, tongues, interpretation of tongues, discernment, words of wisdom, words of knowledge, and other gifts, are given by the Holy Spirit for the building up of the Church, the spread of the Gospel, and the glory of God. All gifts should be exercised in love, humility, biblical order, and submission to Scripture.\n\n7. The Church\nWe believe the Church is the Body of Christ, made up of all who have placed their faith in Jesus Christ. The local church exists to worship God, proclaim the Gospel, make disciples, equip believers for ministry, demonstrate God's love, and reach the world through missions and compassionate service.\n\n8. Baptism and the Lord's Supper\nWe believe water baptism by immersion is the public declaration of faith and obedience for every believer. We also believe the Lord's Supper is a sacred remembrance of Christ's death and resurrection, celebrated regularly until He returns.\n\n9. Holy Living and the Mission of the Church\nWe believe every follower of Christ is called to a life of holiness, obedience, compassion, generosity, and faithful witness. Empowered by the Holy Spirit, believers are commissioned to make disciples of all nations, care for those in need, and proclaim the hope of the Gospel.\n\n10. The Return of Christ and Eternal Hope\nWe believe Jesus Christ will return personally and visibly to judge the living and the dead. There will be a bodily resurrection of all people. Those who belong to Christ will enjoy everlasting life in the presence of God, while those who reject Him will face eternal separation from God. We look forward to the new heavens and the new earth, where righteousness dwells forever
